In May 2016 Chef Mike created an Arugula Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, Toasted Almonds and Fresh Strawberries; Striped Bass Taco with Fresh Kale and Cumin Vinaigrette; Corned Bison Brisket with Cherry Demi-Glace and Sautéed Asparagus and Strawberry Sheep’s Milk Ice Cream with Butter Tuiles. The wines of Stone Cottage Cellars highlighted the evening.

Revolution Brewing

In March 2016 Revolution Brewing provided mighty fine tastin’ beers that matched well with Chef Mike’s culinary creations of Dilly Beans, Mixed Green Salad, Lamb Meatballs, Beef Roast and Creme Brule!
